Refund and Billing Policy

Rules for subscriptions, sponsored listings, featured jobs, payments, refunds, and chargebacks.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

These pages are product-ready policy drafts for JobRadarNG operations. They should be reviewed by Nigerian counsel before paid launch, enterprise sales, or large-scale processing.
1. Paid services

JobRadarNG may offer paid services such as featured jobs, sponsored listings, employer subscriptions, premium recruiter accounts, premium applicant tools, advertisement placements, CV services, or campaign packages.

Prices, taxes, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation options, and included features should be shown before payment.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for keeping payment information current and cancelling services they no longer need.

Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require it.

3. Featured and sponsored listings

Featured jobs, sponsored listings, and advertisement placements may be subject to moderation. Payment does not guarantee approval if the listing violates JobRadarNG rules or safety standards.

If a paid listing is rejected before it goes live because of platform moderation, JobRadarNG may offer correction, credit, replacement placement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, technical failures caused by JobRadarNG, paid features not delivered, or moderation rejection before delivery where no replacement is accepted.

Refunds are generally not available for completed promotional periods, changed hiring plans, poor applicant response, lack of hires, user error, policy violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspension for misconduct.

5. Chargebacks and fraud

Users should contact JobRadarNG support before filing chargebacks so billing issues can be investigated.

Fraudulent payments, stolen cards, chargeback abuse, or payment evasion may lead to account restriction, removal of listings, debt recovery, or reporting to payment providers and relevant authorities.

6. Receipts and records

JobRadarNG should maintain billing records, invoices, receipts, subscription history, refund decisions, and payment-provider references for operational, tax, audit, dispute, and compliance purposes.

Before monetisation, this policy should be reviewed with payment-provider terms and Nigerian tax/legal advice.
