Job Aggregation and Source Policy

Rules for approved sources, imported listings, attribution, moderation, and takedowns.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

These pages are product-ready policy drafts for JobRadarNG operations. They should be reviewed by Nigerian counsel before paid launch, enterprise sales, or large-scale processing.
1. Approved source principle

JobRadarNG should aggregate jobs only from approved sources where access is lawful and appropriate, such as official company career pages, employer submissions, RSS feeds, partner feeds, public-sector feeds, and lawful APIs.

JobRadarNG should not intentionally scrape or import from platforms that prohibit automated extraction, reuse, or redistribution unless there is written permission, API access, partnership access, or another lawful basis.

2. Source review

Before enabling a source, JobRadarNG should review ownership, access rules, robots or API guidance, listing quality, update frequency, duplicate risk, applicant safety, and whether attribution or canonical links are needed.

Approved sources should be logged with health status, last checked time, source kind, approval status, and error history.

3. Listing moderation

Aggregated listings should pass duplicate checks, AI classification, scam-risk screening, source validation, and moderation rules before publication.

JobRadarNG may rewrite summaries, normalise categories, structure requirements, add safety warnings, or suppress listings that are expired, low quality, duplicate, suspicious, or legally risky.

4. Attribution and links

Aggregated jobs should preserve appropriate source attribution and direct applicants to official application channels where required.

JobRadarNG should not misrepresent itself as the employer for aggregated listings unless the employer has expressly submitted or authorised the listing.

5. Corrections and takedowns

Employers, source owners, or rights holders can request correction, expiry, attribution changes, or removal of aggregated listings by providing enough information to identify the listing.

JobRadarNG should act promptly where a listing is expired, inaccurate, unsafe, unauthorised, or violates source rules.

6. No prohibited source circumvention

JobRadarNG should not use proxy networks, login abuse, anti-bot bypass, hidden API exploitation, or copied datasets to evade source restrictions.

If a source blocks access or objects to reuse, JobRadarNG should pause the source and review the legal and operational basis before continuing.

Questions or requests about privacy, safety, or account access can be sent to privacy@jobradarng.com. Replace this address with your verified operational inbox before public launch if another contact is preferred.
