Advertising and Sponsored Listings Policy

How JobRadarNG labels, reviews, measures, and moderates paid visibility.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

These pages are product-ready policy drafts for JobRadarNG operations. They should be reviewed by Nigerian counsel before paid launch, enterprise sales, or large-scale processing.
1. Scope

This policy applies to featured jobs, sponsored listings, promoted employers, banner advertisements, newsletter placements, partner campaigns, and any paid visibility on JobRadarNG.

Advertising must remain legal, honest, decent, transparent, and safe for applicants and employers.

2. Clear labelling

Paid placements should be clearly labelled as sponsored, promoted, featured, advertisement, or a similar plain-language label.

Paid visibility must not make a listing appear verified, safer, or more legitimate than it is. Verification badges must be based on verification status, not advertising spend.

3. Ad content standards

Advertisements cannot promote scams, misleading job claims, unlawful recruitment fees, fake training-to-employment schemes, discriminatory hiring, illegal products, adult exploitation, high-risk financial schemes, or services that misuse applicant data.

Advertisements should not imitate JobRadarNG system notices, admin messages, verification badges, or government notices.

4. Sponsored job moderation

Sponsored jobs remain subject to the Job Posting Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, verification requirements, AI risk checks, and human moderation.

JobRadarNG may reject or remove paid placements that create safety risk, violate policy, mislead users, or damage marketplace trust.

5. Measurement

JobRadarNG may measure impressions, clicks, applications, conversion events, and campaign performance for sponsored placements.

Campaign measurement should follow the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, especially where optional cookies, pixels, or tracking technologies are used.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Paid visibility does not guarantee applications, interviews, hires, applicant quality, or ranking outside the purchased placement rules.

Advertisers remain responsible for their content, claims, targeting instructions, landing pages, and compliance with applicable advertising, consumer protection, labour, privacy, and platform rules.

Questions or requests about privacy, safety, or account access can be sent to privacy@jobradarng.com. Replace this address with your verified operational inbox before public launch if another contact is preferred.
