Last updated: 31 May 2026

These pages are product-ready policy drafts for JobRadarNG operations. They should be reviewed by Nigerian counsel before paid launch, enterprise sales, or large-scale processing.
1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the baseline conduct rules for applicants, employers, individual recruiters, business recruiters, staff, partners, and visitors using JobRadarNG.

It applies to job posts, applications, CVs, company profiles, recruiter profiles, messages, reports, reviews, uploaded files, links, API access, aggregation workflows, and any other platform activity.

2. Prohibited listings

Users cannot post fake jobs, scam jobs, advance-fee jobs, jobs that require applicants to pay for interviews, training, placement, background checks, materials, medical tests, or equipment unless the fee is lawful, clearly disclosed, and not exploitative.

Users cannot post illegal work, unsafe work, adult exploitation, trafficking, harassment, discriminatory roles, misleading salaries, impersonated companies, pyramid schemes, money mule roles, crypto-payment laundering, phishing links, or jobs designed to harvest personal data.

3. Prohibited account conduct

Users cannot impersonate another person, company, government body, school, NGO, recruiter, employer, or JobRadarNG staff member.

Users cannot create multiple accounts to evade bans, posting limits, verification requirements, fraud checks, moderation decisions, payment obligations, or safety restrictions.

4. Data misuse

Employers and recruiters cannot sell, leak, scrape, resell, or misuse applicant CVs, phone numbers, emails, identity details, application notes, or interview information.

Applicants cannot upload another person's CV, credentials, certificates, identity documents, or work history without lawful authority.

5. Technical abuse

Users cannot probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with Supabase or Vercel infrastructure, abuse APIs, introduce malware, harvest profiles, or attempt unauthorised access to dashboards, admin tools, or private storage.

Automated access must be expressly authorised by JobRadarNG and must respect rate limits, source permissions, robots rules, and applicable law.

6. Enforcement

JobRadarNG may remove content, reject listings, reduce trust scores, limit posting, require verification, suspend accounts, ban users, block related accounts, preserve evidence, or report suspected fraud or cyber abuse to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from JobRadarNG and related shared-account services.

Questions or requests about privacy, safety, or account access can be sent to privacy@jobradarng.com. Replace this address with your verified operational inbox before public launch if another contact is preferred.
